1. Acceptance of Terms

Accessing Ulvian, creating an account, or otherwise interacting with the application signifies acceptance of this legal arrangement. These terms operate as a binding set of conditions between you and the operator of the platform.

Anyone unwilling to proceed under these rules must discontinue access and refrain from further use. No special notice is required for the terms to apply once the application is used.

2. Service Description

Ulvian is a digital platform focused on fashion eyewear inspiration, curated visual browsing, AI-assisted virtual try-on experiences, style suggestions informed by facial characteristics, and tools for saving and organizing personal frame interests.

The structure, content, presentation, and technical functions of the service may evolve over time. Certain areas may be revised, paused, replaced, or removed as product decisions, maintenance needs, legal requirements, or operational constraints require.

Availability is not guaranteed on a permanent or uninterrupted basis. Temporary outages, feature retirements, performance issues, or regional limitations may occur without creating an obligation to continue any particular function indefinitely.

3. User Responsibilities & Conduct

Use of the application is limited to individuals who are at least 18 years old. By entering the platform, you represent that you meet this minimum age requirement and that any information you submit is accurate and current.

Lawful behavior is required at all times. Users may not employ the service for fraud, unlawful activity, harassment, impersonation, abusive conduct, unauthorized scraping, interference with security features, distribution of malicious code, or any conduct that could impair the experience of others or damage the operation of the platform.

This limitation extends to loss of revenue, loss of profits, data loss, loss of business opportunity, reputational harm, device issues, and business interruption, even where the possibility of such damage had been communicated in advance.

Where a jurisdiction does not permit certain exclusions, liability will be limited to the smallest amount the law allows in that jurisdiction.

7. Account Termination
